Employer Eligibility

• Have received at least 3 favourable LMIA decisions over the last 5 years.
• No complaints against employer for working conditions, living conditions and worker protection.
• Pledge to abide by conditions of REP.

When

• September 2023 for the primary Agriculture stream
• January 2024 opens intake to all other industry sectors

• Through the LMIA online Portal for
• With Valid proof of valid exemption to the LMIA online Portal
